Performing Arts Boosters
Thank you for your interest and involvement in our Music Program here at Marina. Part of our program’s success depends on the involvement of the parents, such as you. Your involvement is a great way for you to communicate that music is important! Stay involved… stay informed. A fee is never required to join band, however, donations are the primary means of running our program. Know a business that would like to support us? Talk to them on our behalf! We also collect Box Tops. Look on your cereal boxes, dinner roll containers, tissue/paper boxes and bags for the 10¢ “Box Tops.” You’ll be surprised how commonly they show up on everyday items. Every top adds up, and over the course of the year they can end up earning us a few hundred dollars! This school year, we would like to encourage all music parents and guardians to attend our booster meetings. Meetings are held once a month in the MVMS Band room at 7:00pm. Our meeting dates can be found on the Performing Arts Calendar. See you there!
