All athletes must have an athletic packet completed and turned in to Mr. Yergensen in the office or to rm. 22. All pages must be completed. Athletic packets can be found at the Marina website or in the Marina office.
Athletes will not be able to try-out without a completed-Doctor Signed packet.
(Athletic Packets are good for one calendar year from the date originally doctor signed)
